User Conduct

Trademarks and Copyrights
If you submit artwork, you confirm that it’s yours and doesn’t violate any copyrights or trademarks. Check your design carefully before submitting it to avoid issues.

How the Order Process Works from UPacked CA?
Color Variations
We do our best to match colors, but exact results may vary due to print methods, materials, or screen settings. If color is critical, send us a printed sample.
Artwork Requirements
Send artwork in CMYK format at 300 DPI. We’ll create a digital proof based on what you submit.
Proofing and Approval
You must double-check the proof before we print. We’re not responsible for any mistakes after you approve the design.
Design Changes
Once you approve the design, any changes may cost extra. We can reject designs that don’t meet our quality standards.
Materials Used
We use high-quality materials like kraft, cardboard, corrugated, rigid board and more options. Final product performance depends on how you store and handle it. Upgrades may cost more.
Payments
All prices are in USD. You must pay in full (including taxes and shipping) before we begin production. We accept:
Order Production
Once we start production, no changes can be made. Please make sure all info is correct at the beginning.
Shipping and Delivery
Production time is usually 6-8 business days. We are not responsible for delays or damage during shipping. Double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. For more shipping information, make sure to read our shipping policy.

Return and Refund Policy
All orders are custom, so all sales are final. If there’s a mistake with your order, let us know within 2 business days. We’ll review your claim and may offer a reprint or correction. For more detailed information, you can read our return policy.
Reprint Requests
Report any issues within 2 business days of receiving your order. We’ll investigate and respond before reprinting or adjusting anything.
Overruns/Underruns
You may get slightly more than you ordered at no extra cost. To avoid getting fewer, we suggest ordering 5–10% extra.
