Refund and Returns Policy

At UPacked Canada, we’re committed to top-quality products and service. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. So if you received your box in damaged condition or you’ve simply changed your mind.  We’re here to help make the return process easy.

Return Within 2 Business Days

Make sure to notify us within two business days. If there are any issues with your order, such as a damaged or defective item no problem we will help you.

Change of Mind to Return within 10 Business Days

For items that aren’t damaged but you still want to return, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. As long as the product hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging we will accept it. If you’re asking for a reprint or replacement for a non-defective item, the extra cost will be on you.

Reprint in 10 business Days

Need to return something for a reprint for a non-defective item? Then the extra cost will be on you. Send it back within 10 days of receiving your order. The reprint procedure will start as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. It will take ten business days. Plus if you need it earlier, then we can expedite the process for an extra charge.

Cancellations are Not Refundable

Keep in mind, once we’ve started production on your order. Cancellations aren’t refundable. However, we’re happy to store your boxes in our warehouse free of charge and ship them whenever you’re ready.

Check the items on Arrival

Please check everything right away at the moment you receive your order. If something is damaged or doesn’t look right. Just contact us within 2 working days. It’s totally up to you to inspect the shipment thoroughly at the time of delivery. 

Scratches Policy 

The minor scratches or slight color differences on the items are normal and don’t count as defects.

Return Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Approval within 3 Business Days 

Since we make everything custom to your order, full refunds aren’t possible. We typically retain 99% of the order cost after production begins. If a refund is approved from our end, it will be processed within 3 business days once we’ve received and inspected the returned product.
